Ari Apartment Management communities are pet-friendly, and we encourage our residents to enjoy approved pets in their apartments to enhance their lifestyle and the enjoyment of their home. Understanding the policies will ensure the comfort of all our residents, staff, and our furry friends.

Screening Procedures

Carroll at Bellemeade utilizes PetScreening.com to screen household pets, validate reasonable accommodation requests for assistance animals, and confirm every resident understands our pet policies. To facilitate the screening and validation process, PetScreening offers our applicants and residents help in managing pet and animal records. 

All current and future residents are required to create a PetScreening.com profile, even if there is not going to be a pet in the apartment.

Pet Policy

Up to two pets are allowed per apartment home with a combined weight limit of no more than 80 pounds. We are partnered with PetScreening™, which will allow you to complete a required Pet Profile and agreement for each pet. Please be advised that any applicable pet fees must be paid in full before the addition of a pet to your home.

  • Pet Policy Type: Cat, Dogs
  • Max Number of Pets: 2
  • Max weight of pets: 80
  • Pet monthly rent: $35
  • Pet policy fee: $350

Applicants and Residents are responsible for the PetScreening.com Profile Fee.

There is a monthly/per pet fee that will be added to lease agreements. This does not include the PetScreening.com fee.
